Harmonie and Hope is a co-living community where women with shared experiences such as incarceration, domestic violence, financial struggle and inequity, live together to uplift, empower, and take charge of their individual and collective success.

Our goal is to create a sustainable community program from the ground up to provide support for a broader population of women in transition that can be scaled throughout the country.

Purpose
Harmonie & Hope's nonprofit entity provides wrap around supportive services for women returning home from incarceration while offering a broader community network of support and opportunity through the co-living infrastructure.
Our co-living residential model offers women in transition from a variety of circumstances the environment to create community, broaden individual and collective networks, and empower one another to reach for their greatest potential.
Profit
Building on the dreams and talents of the women living at Harmonie House, the for-profit entity helps launch careers and businesses that create access and opportunities for people facing extreme obstacles, helping to reduce recidivism and demonstrate the potential of true inclusion in our workforce.
Our commercial project includes a membership based co-working space as well as a social enterprise incubator that empowers female leadership and creates a lasting impact on eliminating the cycle of poverty.
